In the fourth quarter of 2023, compared to the third quarter of 2023, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by
3.2%, the material costs decreased by 1.5%, while the labour costs increased by 11.2%.
In the fourth quarter of 2023, in comparison with the fourth quarter of 2022, the construction costs for new residential buildings
increased by 5.4%, the material costs decreased by 6.4%, and the labour costs increased by 29.8%.
