According to the State Statistical Office data, in the fourth quarter of 2014, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 0.8% in comparison with the fourth quarter of 2013.
In the fourth quarter of 2014, compared to the third quarter of 2014, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 0.5%, the material costs decreased by 0.3%, while the labour costs increased by 2.6%.
In the fourth quarter of 2014, in comparison with the fourth quarter of 2013, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 0.8%, the material costs decreased by 1.3%, whereas the labour costs increased by 7.0%.
