According to the State Statistical Office data, in the first quarter of 2015, the construction costs for new residential buildings decreased by 0.1% in comparison with the first quarter of 2014.
In the first quarter of 2015, compared to the fourth quarter of 2014, the construction costs for new residential buildings decreased by 2.8%, the material costs decreased by 1.3%, while the labour costs decreased by 6.8%.
In the first quarter of 2015, in comparison with the first quarter of 2014, the construction costs for new residential buildings decreased by 0.1%, the material costs decreased by 1.2%, whereas the labour costs increased by 2.9%.
