In the fourth quarter of 2017, compared to the third quarter of 2017, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 0.8%, the material costs increased by 0.6%, while the labour costs increased by 1.4%.
In the fourth quarter of 2017, in comparison with the fourth quarter of 2016, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 4.8%, the material costs increased by 4.4% and the labour costs increased by 5.8%.
