In the fourth quarter of 2018, in comparison with the third quarter of 2018, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 0.3%, the material costs decreased by 0.2%, and the labour costs increased by 1.6%.
In the fourth quarter of 2018, in comparison with fourth quarter of 2017, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 5.9%, the material costs increased by 3.2% and the labour costs increased by 13.0%.
