According to the State Statistical Office data, in the third quarter of 2012, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 1.1% in comparison with the third quarter of 2011.
In the third quarter of 2012, in comparison with the second quarter of 2012, the construction costs for new residential buildings decreased by 1.1%, the material costs decreased by 2.1%, while the labour costs increased by 1.1%.
In the third quarter of 2012, in comparison with the third quarter of 2011, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 1.1%, the material costs increased by 0.6%, and the labour costs increased by 2.2%.
