Producers of industrial products sell their products on the domestic and non-domestic market. Computation of the Industrial producer price indices on the domestic market covers only one segment of sold production. In order to see the price movement in the second segment, sold production of industrial products on the non-domestic market, the State Statistical Office of the Republic of Macedonia started the calculation of the Industrial producer price indices on the non-domestic market. According to the State Statistical Office data, in September 2012, the Industrial producer prices on the non-domestic market increased by 3.3% at the monthly level, while at the annual level the prices decreased by 3.5%. In September 2012, in comparison with August 2012, the Industrial producer prices on the non-domestic market increased in the sector Mining and quarrying by 1.7% and in the sector Manufacturing industry by 3.5%. In September 2012, in comparison with September 2011, the Industrial producer prices on the non-domestic market increased in the sector Mining and quarrying by 4.5%, while in the sector Manufacturing industry the prices decreased by 4.3%.
