According to the State Statistical Office data, the Retail Price Index and Consumer Price Index in November 2012, in comparison
with the previous month, were 100.0.
The Consumer Price Index remained at the same level as in the previous month, but some movements in prices have been
registered in certain groups of products.
An increase in prices was registered in meat, milk and confectionery products by 1.5%, eggs by 1.2%, processed meat by 0.9%,
pasta and processed fruits by 0.6%, dry fruits by 0.5%, processed vegetables, fish and processed milk by 0.3%.
In November, there was also an increase of the indices of footwear by 3.9%, liquid fuels and gas for households by 1.9%, clothing
by 0.9%, household utensils and cosmetic products by 0.5%, accommodation services by 0.4%, and personal care articles by
0.3%.
A decrease in the Consumer Price Index in November 2012, in comparison with the previous month, was registered in fruit by
4.7%, vegetables by 4.6% and fats by 2.1%.
In November, there was also a decrease of the indices of oil derivatives by 1.5%, furniture by 0.8% and non-alcoholic beverages
by 0.3%.
The Retail Price Index in November 2012, compared with November 2011, registered an increase by 3.8%, while the Consumer
Price Index increased by 4.6%.
