Consumer Price Index by COICOP classification and Retail Price Index, September 2015

According to the State Statistical Office data, the Consumer Price Index in September 2015, in comparison with the previous
month, was 99.8, while the Retail Price Index was 99.3.


The decrease in the Consumer Price Index by 0.2% in September 2015, in comparison with the previous month, is a result of the
lower indices of food products n.e.c by 1.5%, frozen vegetables by 0.7%, canned fish by 0.5%, fresh milk by 0.3% and pasta by
0.2%.


In September, there was also a decrease of the indices of passenger transport by air by 14.7%, accommodation services by
14.4%, liquid fuels for households by 7.1%, liquid fuels and lubricants by 6.9%, package holidays by 6.3%, medicines by 2.0%,
cleaning and maintenance products for the dwelling by 1.2%, spare parts and accessories for personal transport equipment by
0.8%, jewellery, clocks and watches by 0.6% and bicycles by 0.2%.


An increase in the Consumer Price Index in September 2015, in comparison with the previous month, was registered in fresh
vegetables by 2.6%, oils and fats by 1.6%, dry fruit and sugar, jam, honey, chocolate and confectionery by 0.8%, fresh fruit by
0.5%, eggs and canned vegetables by 0.3% and meat by 0.2%.

In September 2015, there was also an increase of the indices of hospital services by 3.2%, information processing equipment
by 2.4%, gas for household and small household appliances by 1.7%, services for maintenance and repair of the dwelling by
0.7%, tools and equipment for house and garden, culture services and personal care articles by 0.6%, solid fuels, stationery
and drawing materials and services for personal care by 0.5%, household textile and food in restaurants by 0.4%, footwear
and materials for the maintenance and repair of the dwelling by 0.3%, clothing, major household appliances and beverages in
restaurants by 0.2%.


The Consumer Price Index in September 2015, in comparison with September 2014, registered a decrease by 0.2%, while the
Retail Price Index decreased by 1.1%.
