According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in April 2013 was 692 365 thousand denars, which is an increase of 6.1% compared with April 2012.
The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers increased by 23.1%, while the value of sold agricultural products from own production decreased by 7.3%.
The value of total purchase and sale increased in the following agricultural products: Cereals, Industrial and Fodder crops, Vegetables, Poultry and eggs, Milk and Fish, whereas in Fruits, Alcoholic beverages, Livestock and Dairy products the value of total purchase and sale decreased.
