According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in December 2013 was 2 127 801 thousand denars, which is a decrease of 31.1% compared with December 2012.
The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers decreased by 37.8%, while the value of sold agricultural products from own production decreased by 4.4%.
The value of purchase and sale decreased in the following agricultural products: Cereals, Industrial crops, Fruits, Alcoholic beverages, Livestock, Milk and Dairy products, while an increase was observed in the following agricultural products: Vegetables, Fodder crops, Grapes, Poultry and eggs and Fish.
