Purchase and sale of agricultural products, May 2014

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in May 2014 was
760 096 thousand denars, which is a decrease of 17.7% compared with May 2013.
The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers decreased by 13.8%, while the value of sold agricultural
products from own production decreased by 21.4%.
The value of total purchase and sale decreased in the following agricultural products: Cereals, Vegetables, Fruits, Alcoholic
beverages and Livestock, while an increase was observed in the following agricultural products: Industrial crops, Poultry and
eggs, Milk, Dairy products and Fish.
