According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the purchase and sale of agricultural products in the fourth quarter of 2015 increased by 7.9% compared to the same period of the previous year.
The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers increased by 14.4%, while the value of sold agricultural products from own production decreased by 1.2%.
The value of total purchase and sale increased in the following agricultural products: Industrial crops, Vegetables, Livestock, Poultry and eggs, Dairy products and Fish, while a decrease was observed in the following agricultural products: Cereals, Fodder crops, Fruits, Grapes, Alcoholic beverages and Milk.
The monthly distribution of the value of purchase and sale of agricultural products shows an increase in October and December, while in November there was a decrease in the value of purchase and sale of agricultural products.
