Purchase and sale of agricultural products, third quarter of 2016

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the purchase and sale of agricultural products in the third quarter of 2016
increased by 1.2% compared to the same period of the previous year.
The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers decreased by 11.6%, while the value of sold agricultural
products from own production increased by 21.9%.
The value of total purchase and sale increased in the following agricultural products: Cereals, Fodder, Fruits, Alcoholic beverages,
Poultry and eggs, Milk, Dairy products and Fish, while a decrease was observed in the following agricultural products: Industrial
crops, Vegetables, Grapes and Livestock.
The monthly distribution of the value of purchase and sale of agricultural products shows an increase in July, while in August and
September there was a decrease in the value of purchase and sale of agricultural products.
