Total purchase and sale of agricultural products, May 2011

According to the data of the State Statistical Offce, the value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in May 2011 was 692 924 thousand denars, which is a decrease of 0.6% compared with May 2010.

The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers increased by 39.2%, whereas the value of sold agricultural products from own production decreased by 16.1%.

The value of total purchase and sale increased in the following agricultural products: Cereals, Industrial crops, Vegetables, Milk, Dairy products and Skin and wool, while in the following agricultural products: Fodder, Fruit, Alcoholic beverages, Livestock, Poultry and eggs and Fish, the value of total purchase decreased.
