According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in July 2012 was 1 149 635 thousand denars, which is a decrease of 0.5% compared with July 2011.
The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers decreased by 31.3%, while the value of sold agricultural products from own production increased by 34.7%.
The value of total purchase and sale increased in the following agricultural products: Industrial crops, Vegetables, Fodder, Fruit, Alcoholic beverages, Livestock and Dairy products, while in the following agricultural products: Cereals, Poultry and eggs, Milk and Fish, the value of total purchase and sale decreased.
