Estimation of the managers of the industrial manufactory business entities about current business situation in July 2010

According to the data of the State Statistical Office the current business situation of the business entities in July 2010 according to the managers is more satisfactory compared to the previous month. The situation with the present volume of production orders is less satisfactory. The production volume of the business entities in July 2010 is increased compared to the previous month; while the expectations for the production volume are pessimistic for the next three months, and the expectations for the number of employees are more optimistic. The stocks of raw materials and intermediate goods and the provision of raw materials and intermediate goods, in July 2010 are below and around the normal level. The stocks of finished products decreased compared to the previous month. According to the managers estimation, in the next period the average purchasing prices of the inputs will increase, and the average selling prices of the finished goods will decrease. The average capacity utilization level of the business entities in July 2010, compared to the previous month, is on the same level and it is 59.6% of normal utilization. The factors that had the greatest influence on limiting the production volume in July 2010 were: insufficient foreign demand with 22.4%, insufficient domestic demand with 17.6%, financial problems with 12.7% and uncertainty of the economic environment with 10.1%.
