Business tendencies in manufacturing industry in November 2015

The managers of the business entities assessed that the confidence indicator in manufacturing industry in November 2015 is 0.3
percentage points higher than the previous month, and 8.1 percentage points higher compared to November 2014.
The situation with the current volume of production orders in November 2015 is more satisfactory compared to the previous
month, as well as the expectations for the production volume for the next three months, and the stocks of finished products
increased insignificantly.
The estimation of the economic situation is that it is more satisfactory compared to the previous month, as well as compared to
November 2014. The expectations for the number of employees are also more satisfactory compared to October 2015, as well
as compared to November 2014.
The average capacity utilization level of the business entities in November 2015, compared to the previous month, increased to
64.1% of normal utilization.
The factors that had the greatest influence on limiting the production volume in November 2015 were: insufficient foreign
demand with 25.0%, insufficient domestic demand with 24.5%, shortage of skilled labour with 23.1%, and financial problems
with 5.8%.
