Business tendencies in manufacturing industry in November 2016

The managers of the business entities assessed that the confidence indicator in manufacturing industry in November 2016 is 0.2
percentage points higher than the previous month, and 4.6 percentage points higher compared to November 2015.
The situation with the current volume of production orders in November 2016 is more satisfactory compared to the previous
month, the expectations for the production volume for the next three months are more satisfactory compared to the previous
month, while the stocks of finished products are almost at the same level as in the previous month.
The estimation of the economic situation is that it is more satisfactory compared to the previous month, and much more
satisfactory compared to November 2015. The number of employees is expected to increase.
The average capacity utilization level of the business entities in November 2016 increased to 66.1% of normal utilization.
The factors that had the greatest influence on limiting the production volume in November 2016 were: insufficient foreign
demand with 23.3%, insufficient domestic demand with 21.3% and shortage of skilled labour with 15.2%.
